为了实现交通、运载与机动系统的智能化、网联化、立体化和绿色化，第十六届国际绿色智能交通系统与安全学术会议（The 16th International Conference on Green Intelligent Transportation System and Safety, GITSS 2025）由北京理工大学、慕尼黑工业大学发起，拟于2025年5月9-11日在中国上海召开。
国际绿色智能交通系统与安全学术会议（International Conference on Green Intelligent Transportation System and Safety，GITSS）自2010年开始迄今成功举办了十五届，分别为GITSS2010 北京、GITSS2011 北京、GITSS2012 兰州、GITSS2013 青岛、GITSS2014 西安、GITSS2015 北京、GITSS2016 南京、GITSS2017 长春、GITSS2018 桂林、GITSS2019 北京、GITSS2020 北京、GITSS2021 北京、GITSS2022 秦皇岛、GITSS2023 北京、GITSS2024 哈尔滨。历届国际绿色智能交通系统与安全学术会议（GITSS）所有录用的论文分别发表于SCI和EI源刊，已形成GITSS的突出亮点，成为本领域具有重要学术影响的国际会议之一。
In order to realize the intelligence and greening of transportation and mobility systems, the 16th International Conference on Green Intelligent Transportation System and Safety (GITSS 2025) will be held in Shanghai, China from May 9-11, 2025.
GITSS was initiated by Beijing Institute of Technology and Technical University of Munich, and has successfully held 15 sessions since 2010, namely: GITSS 2010 Beijing, GITSS 2011 Beijing, GITSS 2012 Lanzhou, GITSS 2013 Qingdao, GITSS 2014 Xi'an, GITSS 2015 Beijing, GITSS 2016 Nanjing, GITSS 2017 Changchun, GITSS 2018 Guilin, GITSS 2019 Beijing, GITSS 2020 Beijing, GITSS 2021 Beijing, GITSS 2022 Qinhuangdao, GITSS 2023 Beijing, GITSS 2024 Harbin. All the papers accepted by the previous GITSS have been published in SCI and EI source journals respectively, which have formed the outstanding highlights of GITSS and become one of the international conferences with important academic impact in this field.
本届会议拟征集反映本领域最新研究成果及原创方法的论文，鼓励作者到会交流。
(1)本届会议只接收首发稿，论文请用英文撰写，无论文固定模板但需控制在8页以内，接收并录用的论文将由Springer出版并提交EI检索。组委会将从中遴选部分优秀论文经扩展完善后，推荐20-25篇至本领域一流英文期刊《Transportation Research Part D》（SCI）和《上海交通大学学报（英文版）》（EI）；
(2)所有稿件均由相关领域专家从学术性、创新性、写作质量等角度进行评审，作者需在指定日期之前将Word和PDF格式论文提交至大会投稿邮箱，投稿邮件主题请注明GITSS 2025。
This conference intends to collect papers reflecting the latest research results and original methods in this field, and encourage authors to attend and communicate.
(1) This conference only accepts original submissions. Please write the papers in English. Although there is no fixed template, the length needs to be controlled within 8 pages. The received and accepted papers will be published by Springer and submitted for EI retrieval. The organizing committee will select some excellent papers and recommend 20-25 papers after expansion and improvement to the first-class English journals in the field, namely Transportation Research Part D (SCI) and Journal of Shanghai Jiao Tong University (Science) (EI).
(2) All manuscripts are reviewed by experts in relevant fields from the perspectives of academic quality, innovation, and writing quality. The author needs to submit the paper in Word and PDF formats to the conference submission mailbox before the specified date. Please indicate GITSS 2025 in the subject of the submission email.
